The formula is simple enough to work out by hand: revised basic × fitment factor. For example, ₹30,000 × 2.28 = ₹68,400, a monthly increase of ₹38,400. Multiply that increase by the number of arrear months for the arrear amount.

It has not announced a fitment factor, a revised pay matrix, an implementation date or an allowance structure, and it has not submitted its report.
